Why design doesn't come first in web development
Have you ever heard of a car that was designed first before its makers had carried out any solid research or even considered its audience and purpose? Do you really think Ferrari start exclusively with the look and feel before they've tackled the engine? It just doesn't work that way. Because although the design process is crucial, it should certainly never be the starting point...

Websites are for humans not just spiders
Websites are often the first impression of your business, so you want to make sure it appeals to potential customers, turning enquiries into sales. We've just won the account to design and build a new website for Adept Vehicle Solutions, a vehicle and asset finance company based in Stoke-on-Trent...

Why it's good to be flexible in business
A lovely client of ours recently gave us some fantastic praise and feedback. On talking about the way we had dealt with her and provided support, she said we were 'outstanding'. Why? Because we'd been flexible and provided support to suit her needs and budget, not our own. She explained that whilst browsing around for initial agency support...
