Why big isn't necessarily better
As consumers, when we're browsing around for a new product, say for example a washing machine, we often go for the most expensive option. Why? Because we know that cheaper washing machines are likely to break more easily and not last as long. Experience has told us this. Think before you tweet
Just like your mother used to say 'Think before you speak!', the same rule applies to the Twitterverse. Whenever you're using the micro-blogging site, always consider how your tweet will come across, the messages you'll be putting out there and how they will be perceived. We all have our 'off' days but there's no room to be rude in business, no matter how badly your day is going. Being patient, polite and friendly is the best way forward. It's a funny old business world sometimes. Companies being wary of one another, keeping an eye on what their competition is doing and always worrying about getting left behind.
