Why the cold call doesn't work anymore
A recent update on our website's blog, offering a range of new job positions here at Boomerang, led to about two or three recruitment agencies contacting us every day. That's despite the article specifically requesting 'No agencies please'. On answering the phone, we politely declined their services and explained that we didn't want to work with recruitment agencies, as clearly stated in our blog post.
