Like anyone, I go for the generic term to avoid boring the other person and hope that it will satisfy their curiosity. But saying that I provide 'digital marketing' always sparks people's interest and they want to know more...

    Customer service sucks in the UK. You certainly realise how much so when you visit somewhere like America and are blown away by people falling over themselves to help you. Nothing is too much trouble. Every wish is their command. Before you've even opened your mouth, they know what you want and go out of their way to get what you need...
